At GIZMOIOT, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Please note that the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

 You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
