GIZMOIOT INNOVATIONS LLP is a Pune-based product company. Since 2015 we've been building the unglamorous, essential systems that keep restaurants billing, wards watched, tanks full and buildings running — and we run them in our own outlets first.
We started in 2015 retrofitting smart control into Indian homes — no rewiring, no drama, just switches that listened. That discipline of working with existing infrastructure, not against it, became our engineering DNA.
A decade later the same principle runs through everything: an SROS outlet keeps billing when the internet drops, an AquaFlow pump protects itself with no cloud in sight, a Xenios ward processes patient data on-premise. Edge-first, fail-safe, owned end to end.
GIZMO was never a startup looking for a problem. Every product here was built because our own buildings, kitchens and boards needed it first.
GIZMOIOT starts in Pune building electronics and IoT for the buildings that already exist. No rewiring, no drama — switches and hardware that listened.
A café opened as a side project. Every night ended with four apps — POS, inventory, HR, payments — that refused to agree. The same hardware team started writing the software to fix it.
That fix became XENIOS: a local-first OS for restaurants, hotels and hospitals. It runs Cafe Deja Vu across three Pune outlets — we eat our own cooking, every day. PickyEat lives inside the guest experience; The Green Energy applies the same discipline to clean power.
Hardware, firmware, cloud and AI in one Pune office — including the AI Design Studio, which turns a one-line idea into a costed BOM with a real power budget. RemotePCB builds the boards. When the network dies, our systems don't.
The system must work when the network doesn't. Intelligence lives on the device; the cloud is a convenience, not a dependency.
